The room was super cozy with fantastic city views, a lifesaver with that cool AC in summer. Big bathroom, comfy bed, plus free parking and lovely room service — a great deal if you're driving around. Salute to Salah and the team for friendly vibes; they made us feel right at home. 🌟 Big shoutout to Saad too, who found my hubby's lost ring — a real gem! Just a heads-up, communication with a couple staff members was a bit off, but overall, a solid stay!

Had really nice stay at Mercure Istanbul Topkapi Hotel, the staff were amiable, location was exceptional and near the tram station which gives you a quick access to Sultanahmet. Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with clean bedding, a wonderful view, for example; everyone is welcome here.

The staff at this hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly making you feel at home in every way. the room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. the restaurant offers reasonably priced meals and the staff is attentive and friendly, especially Mahmut. the hotel additionally offers a car hire service, valet parking, and tours/ticket assistance.

In the housekeeping department, as some issues with replenishing water, coffee mix-ups, and empty sanitizers were experienced. the pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, and the room shades did not block out sunlight effectively.

The hotel was reasonably cleanwith modern interior and nestled in a nice building.

My recent stay was quite eventful! The 24-hour room service came in handy when I had a late-night craving. The Turkish bath was a unique experience, and the spa services were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the business center for my work needs. The location made exploring the city a breeze. The meeting rooms were perfect for my art history discussions. Can't wait to come back and try out the pilates class next time!

We loved this immaculately clean hotel with a lovely lobby. There was lots of good options for buffet breakfast. Although the whole experience was really really nice, the bed in our room was very uncomfortable.

During my business trip to Istanbul, I had the pleasure of staying at Uranus Istanbul Topkapi, a hotel selected by my director. I treated myself to a soothing massage at the onsite spa, Reef SPA, and it was truly rejuvenating. The spa's facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath/hammam, provided a tranquil retreat from my busy schedule. The pampering treatment at Reef SPA was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend indulging in some self-care during your stay.

Had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with great staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and very polite. the manager, Yasin, was unbelievably professional and handled everything brilliantly. the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a huge selection of food and fruits. the location was also good, slightly away from the main tourist area.

I chose Uranus Istanbul Topkapi for its proximity to Panorama 1453 History Museum, and was pleasantly surprised by the free WIFI for all guests. The 24-h reception and restaurant were also top-notch, adding convenience to my stay.

Expensive rooms, distant location.

The spa is equipped with a sauna, a steam room, and Turkish bath/hammam. I felt like a pampered pasha, indulging in the luxurious treatments at the spa. The deep soaking bathtub and rainfall showerhead in the bathroom made me feel like I was in a scene from a movie, where everything is just perfect.

the room was super clean and close to the airport - which made it easy for my travels. got some great local tips from the staff. loved how ms gulgun went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and the special treatment from the hotel chef and night barmen.

I chose this hotel for a town hall meeting due to its proximity to convention centers such as CNR Fair Ground and Halic Congress Venue, and it didn't disappoint. The different-sized meeting rooms and ballrooms offered the perfect setting for a successful event. The staff was extremely helpful in coordinating the arrangements, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

The only service I missed for my work was a more reliable and faster WiFi connection in the meeting rooms.

Good This hotel is the perfect place for a luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities are unmatched, including a heated swimming pool and a world-class spa with jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. the massage services were amazing and the garden area was simply beautiful. the room was spacious and had many exclusive advantages, including a private balcony and an in-room breakfast option. the restaurant served delicious dinner and buffet breakfast, while the bar/lounge area provided great entertainment.

Cons the only minor issue I encountered was the thin walls. Sometimes, it was possible to hear other guests in the hallway, but this did not disturb my peaceful stay.
